Terms of Service

By using the Cirrus Oxygen recycling program, you agree to the following terms.

The program

Cirrus Oxygen provides free prepaid shipping labels for eligible respiratory equipment (oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, ventilators, nebulizers). Labels are provided at no cost, subject to reasonable use — we reserve the right to limit the number of labels issued to a single address or requester.

Ownership of shipped equipment

Once equipment is shipped to Cirrus Oxygen using a provided label, ownership transfers to Cirrus Oxygen. We may refurbish, donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the equipment at our discretion.

No warranty

This program is provided as-is. Cirrus Oxygen is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we recommend packing equipment securely.
