When you request a shipping label, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details about the equipment you're recycling. We use this information solely to generate your prepaid label, email it to you, and coordinate the recycling of your equipment.

Your information is shared with our shipping label provider (to generate the label) and our email delivery provider (to send it to you). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Equipment data

Devices such as CPAP machines or ventilators may store usage data. We recommend clearing any stored data before shipping. Any data-bearing components we receive are securely destroyed as part of our recycling process.
