Request your free label
Fill out our two-minute form with your address and equipment details.
We ask for your shipping address, contact info, and a few details about your equipment (type, brand, quantity) so we can send the right size label.
We email your prepaid label
A ready-to-print shipping label lands in your inbox — usually within minutes.
Your label arrives as a PDF attachment along with a confirmation email containing your tracking number and packing tips.
Box it & drop it off
Pack your equipment, tape the label to the box, and drop it at any carrier location.
No box? Any sturdy box will do. Tape the label to the outside and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location — no need to speak to anyone at the counter.
We recycle responsibly
Equipment is refurbished, donated, or responsibly recycled — never landfilled.
Once received, our team inspects each device. Working units are cleaned, refurbished, and donated to patients in need. Non-working units are disassembled and responsibly recycled through certified e-waste partners.
